A refresh runs at 04:30 UTC. It reads the city's newest records, rebuilds the feed, runs its own gates, and publishes the site only if all of them pass. A run that stops short leaves the previous day's record in place rather than shipping a partial one, so the source dates below can run behind the record the refresh already holds. This page says which runs finished, which did not, and how far each source runs. It is written when the site is published, so it is dated like every other page here: stamped .
