A violation-removal firm and an OATH representative are not looking at the same building the same way. Each feed ranks buildings by the work your firm actually bills.
Violation removal firms
Buildings ranked by how many immediately hazardous violations are open: open Class C counts, items marked Not Complied With counted and labeled on their own, the leading categories, and the registered owner and mailing address from the HPD registration. Every count links to the city page behind it.
DOB / ECB expediters
Stop-work orders, permit matters, and newly issued ECB violations with hearings still ahead, the window where a filing still changes the outcome. A pending matter is labeled pending, never shown as a penalty.
OATH representatives
Matters with a hearing scheduled, and penalties set in default where a representative can still make a difference. Hearing dates come from the city, and we show one only while it is still ahead.
Attorneys and investors
For diligence: what is open on each building with its registered contact, the same registered office turning up across buildings, and a link to the city page behind every line so you can check it yourself.
Lead-paint abatement
Buildings with open lead findings and immediately hazardous Class C lead conditions in HPD’s data, ranked by open orders. Required remediation work, each linked to the violation that calls for it.

Everything open on a building across HPD, DOB and OATH, for firms that handle all of it: open hazards, filings, hearings and the registered contacts behind them.
What every feed shares.
- Batches of 10 to 15 hand-checked leads for now. The batch is capped because a person checks every lead in it.
- The owner or registered contact, where the city lists one.
- Links to the HPD, DOB and OATH pages, where the city has one.
- A flag when the same contact or registered office turns up across buildings, on exact matches only.
- Every file says the date its data runs through.
